We would recommend Matt and his team in a heartbeat. We engaged Kinnee Contraction on a fairly extensive renovation: down to the studs, new plumbing, wiring, furnace, gas, hot water heater, safe and sound insulation throughout and all of the finishing. Matt's relationships with top notch subcontractors resulted in the kitchen of our dreams, a fully renovated basement and a home we love. The details are too many to list, but I think our biggest takeaway was the level of trust we had in Kinnee to do the right thing and make the right decisions. They orchestrated the whole thing, fielded our many questions and always worked hard to alleviate all concerns - - all while maneuvering through COVID's issues of supply and demand and resourcing. Our home is exactly what we imagined when starting out with them. Matt and his team are talented people that you can trust.

We hired Matt and his team to do a separate entryway in our garage and we are so pleased with the results! Matt is a very thorough professional who takes a lot of care in his clients' needs, making the entire experience a great one. Very pleased and satisfied with the work performed by Matt and his team. They modified some internal kitchen walls for a new kitchen and open space, modified plumbing and electrical services, prepared a concrete patio and built a new cedar fence for us. They coordinated other contractors, where required and kept the work site clean. They communicated concerns and issues with us when they occurred and were always polite, professional, considerate when working. We found them open minded to changes and additions and easy to work with. There pricing and estimate was reasonable and generally came in under budget. We would not hesitate to work with them again. Matt and his team recently completed phase one of a large renovation on our home in North Saanich, which included a full kitchen remodeling, den, lighting upgrades, flooring and trim throughout our 30 year old home. His team was always abundantly professional, on time and on budget despite todays challenges with global supply chain delays and labor shortages caused by the pandemic. Overall, we are pleased with the transformation of our space that was completed with minimal disruption to our day to day lives. We used Kinnee Contracting to renovate our bathroom. They were awesome!!! They showed up when they said they would, they promptly communicated about what was going on and were quick to respond to emails. The job was completed within a reasonable amount of time and all the work was very well done. Throughout the reno they checked in to ensure we were happy with the work. They also were very competitively priced and completed the job on budget. They were a dream!! I have given their name out to a few people who have used my bathroom. They comment on the reno and ask who did the work. They are so impressed with it. We will definitely use Kinnee Contracting again to renovate our kitchen. Great company to work with!!
